John also represented us in the sale of our home and got us every penny that we were hoping for! John is a fierce negotiator with a velvet touch. I admit, I am a better buyer than I am a seller but John was very agile in course changes and navigating shark infested waters. He remained a commensurate professional from cradle to grave on that deal. I applaud him for his ability to get the deal closed while dealing with me too! Not an easy task by any stretch of the imagination. In short, I would recommend John to anyone, including my friends, with the knowledge that they could not have it any better. Even though we weren't looking in the high-income tier of homes, he stuck with us for the entirety of the process. We viewed countless homes, and made several offers, and it's difficult to describe his patience with us through the entire process.
